the bill is soppose to end the closed borders of turkey and armenia. it was proposed may 2008 it is suppose to open the borders for trade and a entrance to Asia
i think it should pass because armenia has no economy because of the blockade and the turks are blockaing and not the armenians and i think is from hatred from turkey and should be opened. also they ar the only country blocking a european union member which i think is wrong and it should pass
