Personal Responsibility in Food Consumption Act (H.R. 339)

This legislation would prevent frivolous lawsuits against the manufacturers, distributors or sellers of food or nonalcoholic beverage products arising from obesity claims.

basically this means that if suhm fat foo wanted tuh sue mickey dees &&  blame his obesidy on themhe cant do that without havinq any real evidence! && mickey dees wont qet sued[;

in my opinion i thinkk this bill shud be DENiED PASSED! chus yhu && yer consumption of fastfood is up to yhu && only yhu so jhus chus yer all fat && qreasy. Doesnt mean yhu can qo around blaminq food companies.
